turns out i didnt need all of that because i forgot to make all of the draw rainbow script use the global.rgb_text_speed

fixed a major bug where the VN after 1-6 sends you back to 1-2

2.edit library because you dont want to mess with current parent stuff when the library requries it

8.disabling library #2 and patch up things that make the game crash while library #2 is offline
